Privacy policy and terms of use

Watchmakers Bench for the web, macOS and iOS. Choose your platform below to see how your information is handled and which terms apply.

Combined page prepared 24 October 2026. Web app source: effective 24 October 2026, version 2026-10-24-r1. Apple app and website source: effective 2 August 2026.

The platform sections are separate. Apple subscriptions and native transfer features do not apply to the browser app. Browser account terms do not automatically apply to the Apple apps. Reading this page does not itself accept a new agreement or consent to optional processing.

Web app macOS & iOS Website Contact & your rights

Web app β€” Watchmakers Bench Studio

Your workshop stays in your selected encrypted folder. Your online account gives you access to the app.

This section applies to the Watchmakers Bench browser app, not to the separate macOS/iOS apps or the marketing website. The operator and controller for account and support information is Mats Petter Wilke, trading as Watchmakers Bench. Full contact details appear at the end of this page.

Web app β€” Privacy policy

1. Your encrypted workshop and passphrase

The app reads and writes workshop records and attachments in the folder you explicitly select and allow the browser to access. They are encrypted there and decrypted in the browser while the workshop is unlocked. Normal workshop use does not send those records or attachments to our account database or support service.

Your workshop passphrase is separate from your account password. We do not receive or store it. Resetting your account password cannot recover the passphrase or decrypt your workshop. Keep the passphrase safe and maintain separate backups.

You may select a folder synchronized by iCloud, OneDrive or another service. That service may copy the encrypted files under its own terms. Printing, exports, email drafts and files you share may contain readable information: encryption of your workshop does not automatically encrypt those copies.

2. Account, access and technical information

Supabase provides account authentication and stores account information such as your email address, account identifier, authentication and session records, profile information where supplied, and licence access status. We use this to administer invitations, sign-in, account recovery and access to the app.

Vercel hosts the app and its server endpoints. Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs. Account-level timestamps and counters limit feedback abuse; the feedback message is not stored in that rate-limit table.

When you accept the terms, Supabase stores your account identifier, document version and server-recorded acceptance time. Account-linked invitation acceptance and complimentary Pro dates are also stored to administer that access. The acceptance record does not include workshop files, your passphrase or additional IP/browser fields.

This records agreement to the terms and acknowledgement of the privacy notice, not blanket consent to personal-data processing. Acceptance records are kept while your account exists and removed with account deletion, subject to the limited legal-claim and provider-backup exceptions below.

3. Feedback, email and optional online requests

Send feedback in Settings sends your message, feedback type, account email, app version and browser type to support through STRATO email. Workshop records and attachments are not added automatically. Do not include customer details, passwords or your workshop passphrase. Anything you type in the message is included.

Invitation and recovery messages use the configured account email service. Customer updates instead open as drafts in your own mail application and are not sent automatically. Optional public-reference searches may disclose the search text you choose to enter.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies support sign-in and sessions. Browser storage may keep preferences, version notices, saved exchange rates and a shortcut to your chosen folder; it is not the authoritative store for workshop records. Clearing browser data can remove login information, preferences and folder permissions, but does not delete the workshop files themselves. You may need to select the folder and grant permission again.

The current browser app has no advertising network or behavioural tracking integration. It does not automatically attach workshop content to error or feedback reports. Account-access checks do not use workshop records to profile your customers.

5. Purposes and legal bases

  • Account access and account support: creating and administering your account, authentication, recovery and the requested service rely on contract or steps requested before a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Where you act for a business rather than as the contracting party, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing and administering that business’s access, Article 6(1)(f).
  • Feedback and enquiries: answering optional messages, investigating problems and improving reliability rely on our legitimate interest in supporting users and maintaining a useful product, Article 6(1)(f), where not necessary to fulfil our agreement. Feedback is not a condition of use.
  • Security and misuse prevention: authentication checks, limited technical records and feedback-rate counters rely on our legitimate interest in preventing unauthorized access, fraud and abuse, Article 6(1)(f). This does not authorize advertising profiles or automatic collection of workshop content. You may object to legitimate-interest processing.
  • Legal obligations: specific retention, disclosure or data-protection obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c), limited to information needed for the obligation.

Your email and necessary authentication information are required for online account access. Without them, we cannot create or authenticate your account. Your local workshop records are not required for these account functions.

6. Retention and account deletion

  • Account, profile and access records: retained while needed to provide and administer your account. Request closure and deletion by contacting us. Where self-service deletion is available, it requires confirmation and identity verification.
  • Web app support and feedback: deleted or anonymized no later than 12 months after the case closes. An unresolved case may be retained while it is being handled.
  • Security and technical logs: retention depends on the service, its settings and documented operational, security and legal purposes. These periods are separate from account and support retention.
  • Limited exceptions: relevant information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, limited to the information and period needed.

Deleting an account removes access to the app, not your local workshop files. Provider-held logs and backup copies may remain under separate retention and deletion arrangements; account deletion is not immediate erasure of every residual copy. Contact us about applicable deletion options. Keep independent backups and readable exports before closing your account.

7. Providers and international processing

We use Supabase for authentication and account records, Vercel for app delivery and server endpoints, and STRATO for account and support email. They receive information needed for these functions, not an automatic copy of your workshop, and may use authorized sub-processors.

STRATO describes its hosting infrastructure as located in Germany. Supabase and Vercel operate international services. Account and technical information may be processed outside the EEA, including the United States and, for Supabase-related operations, Singapore. A European database region does not mean all support, security, network and administrative processing stays in Europe.

Transfers subject to GDPR require a valid transfer mechanism. Supabase’s and Vercel’s published data-processing terms include Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. An adequacy decision may apply to a qualifying recipient and transfer; otherwise contractual safeguards and any necessary supplementary measures must be assessed. These mechanisms do not guarantee absolute protection. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards or a copy, subject to necessary redactions.

Provider information: Supabase data-processing terms, Vercel data-processing terms and STRATO data-protection information.

8. Workshop information you choose to store

Depending on your modules, your local workshop can contain customer names, contact details and numbers; watch, movement, calibre, serial-number and ownership information; intake details, estimates, approvals, service steps, measurements, status and history; parts, suppliers, orders, stock and storage locations; photos, documents, notes, templates and company details; prices, costs, payments, time records and saved exchange rates.

Only enter information relevant to your work and protect it according to your business’s obligations. Your business normally determines why customer information is used and who may access it. Our online account and support processing is separate from that local work.

9. Files, backups, restoration and deletion

Photos and documents are added through your chosen file-picker actions. The app does not scan unrelated folders or automatically collect files elsewhere on your computer. Attachments become part of the local workshop and are included in a complete encrypted backup where supported.

Reports, printed PDFs and exported documents can contain readable business or customer information. Treat them as confidential, check their destination and protect them separately.

Archiving is not deletion. Records in Trash remain recoverable until permanently removed. Older backups, downloaded files, emails and recipients’ copies may still contain deleted information. Restoring an older backup can bring it back; deletion inside the app does not erase external copies.

When moving to another computer, keep the original folder, make a current backup and verify restored records and attachments before removing the old copy. A backup on the same disk does not protect against loss of that disk. We cannot retrieve a local file we never received.

10. Exchange rates and other online features

Web app exchange-rate updates request public European Central Bank reference rates through the app’s server endpoint. The rate payload does not include customer records, entered amounts, watch information, images or notes. The app server contacts the ECB; this is not the native apps’ direct device-to-ECB connection.

Automatic fetching happens only if enabled in Settings and can be disabled there. Saved rates may remain in browser storage. New daily rates do not automatically rewrite original amounts or saved job rates. Reference rates and derived conversions are informational, not guaranteed payment rates or accounting advice.

Deliberately using an available public-reference lookup may send your search text to that service. Do not include customer details. Future online modules require clear disclosure before workshop information is published or synchronized. The current app does not offer automatic workshop synchronization.

11. Security and privacy requests

We use encrypted local storage, authenticated account access and controls on online account information. Locking the workshop closes the active view but does not replace an operating-system lock or guarantee immediate erasure of every memory copy, screenshot or exported file. Encryption cannot protect against every attack, an infected computer or access to an unlocked device.

Online information may be handled by contracted providers to operate and protect the service, or disclosed to a competent authority when legally required, limited to the relevant purpose. Report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure promptly, without passwords, invitation tokens or customer files in your initial message.

We can address account and support information we receive, but cannot remotely search, correct or delete records in your workshop folder. Use local editing, export and deletion tools for those records and your customers’ requests. See the common rights section below for privacy requests.

12. Children and updates

This is a professional tool, not directed to children. Do not create a child’s account or send unnecessary information about children to support. Notices may change as the app, providers or legal requirements change; dated versions and appropriate notices identify material changes. Reading a privacy notice is not blanket consent to optional tracking, new purposes or future uploads.

Web app β€” Terms of use

1. Account access and agreement

Your account is personal. Do not share credentials, transfer access or allow another person to use it. Use the app lawfully; do not access other accounts, bypass controls or interfere with the service.

A free account or complimentary Pro period is not a paid subscription. Any paid order requires a separate, explicit choice with the price, billing interval and purchase terms shown before payment.

Before continuing under a new terms version, you must explicitly agree to the terms and acknowledge the privacy notice through the unticked checkbox provided. We record the account identifier, version and acceptance time. Earlier use is not acceptance of changed terms.

2. Your records, backups and compatibility

You may use the app for everyday workshop work and real jobs where you have the right to process the information. You are responsible for lawful customer-data handling, appropriate device access and copies you share. Local storage does not remove our responsibilities for information we process or our own legal obligations.

Software can contain errors, be unavailable or damage or lose data. Keep separate backups, verify restoration and retain another copy of essential business records. Lock your computer when away.

Workshop access currently requires desktop Chrome or Edge on Windows or macOS and permission to access your selected folder. Phones and tablets are not supported. Permissions may need renewal; offline access is not guaranteed. Save before updates or reloads, which may lock the workshop and require its passphrase. A software rollback does not restore changed local data.

3. Complimentary Pro

Invited participants who accepted their invitation and completed a verified account before 24 October 2026 at 00:00 in Sweden receive three calendar months of complimentary Pro from that date. Unaccepted invitations do not qualify. No review, feedback, purchase or payment information is required. The fixed period does not restart on sign-in.

The gift does not renew automatically or create a paid subscription. Free access applies afterwards unless you separately purchase paid access. Existing paid access is not replaced by the gift. Account closure or the end of Pro does not transfer ownership of records or delete local files. Keep independent backups and exports.

4. Licence, acceptable use and intellectual property

Subject to these terms and valid account access, you may use the browser app for your own lawful workshop or business on supported computers. You do not acquire ownership of the software or permission to resell access, distribute a modified service as Watchmakers Bench, or bypass account or security controls.

Do not distribute malicious files, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access or intentionally disrupt the app. Module activation controls which tools are shown; hiding a module does not itself delete local records.

Except for normal authorized use, written permission, applicable third-party licences or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, you must not copy, modify, republish, sell, sublicense, redistribute or make available the app or its protected code, original graphics, texts or other protected materials, including in another product or service. Normal browser operation and permitted technical copies are allowed. You may back up, export and share your own records where entitled to do so.

Reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly are prohibited except where permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights to observe, study or test a lawfully used program, make necessary backups or obtain interoperability information remain unaffected. We do not own general ideas, principles or your independent work.

5. Professional responsibility and ownership

The app organizes and documents work. It does not replace professional inspection, diagnosis, repair judgement, quality control or customer approval. Check templates, measurements, estimates, reports, status indicators, prices, tax treatment, payment records, costs and exchange-rate calculations. It is not legal, tax, accounting, valuation or financial advice. Review customer messages and your permissions for included images and documents.

You retain rights in your records, photos and documents. Selecting a folder does not transfer ownership to us. Software, original design, branding and app content remain the provider’s or licensors’ property; third-party materials retain their owners’ rights.

Feedback is optional and may be used to investigate faults and improve the product. Only submit information you may lawfully share. Suggestions do not promise implementation, release dates or compensation, or transfer unrelated workshop content.

Do not use our name or logo as your own app, service, product, domain or business identity, suggest endorsement without permission, or remove ownership notices. Truthful references, honest reviews and lawful uses are allowed. There is no blanket confidentiality or non-disparagement obligation.

6. Third parties and external copies

Account access depends on Supabase, app delivery on Vercel, email on the configured mail provider and optional reference rates on the ECB. Their services have separate limits, availability and privacy terms. Your chosen mail, file-sharing, operating-system sync and backup services are separate; protect external copies.

The browser app does not use Apple StoreKit for access and does not provide the native apps’ Nearby Transfer or Today’s Work workflows.

7. Availability, restrictions and changes

We aim for a useful, reliable app but do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or permanent compatibility. Features, layouts and workflows may be added, revised or removed. Planned modules are not delivery or schedule commitments.

Access may be restricted for misuse, security threats, material breach or legal requirements, with an explanation where practical and lawful. Restrictions do not transfer ownership of local data. Continued unlocking and export after account loss are not guaranteed: retain current independent copies.

Future paid renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements must be presented separately before purchase. Complimentary access does not automatically become an App Store purchase or another paid plan.

Changes do not authorize silent workshop uploads or remove mandatory rights. Material terms changes receive a new version and are presented for agreement before continued workshop entry; opening this document is not acceptance.

8. Questions, disputes and mandatory rights

Contact info@watchmakersbench.com with the issue and app version, without customer files unless a suitable support process has been agreed. We will seek to understand and resolve the issue.

These browser-app terms do not establish a monetary liability cap, exclude responsibility for negligence or select an exclusive court. Mandatory rights, claims and remedies remain unchanged. Separate website and native-app terms are not automatically part of this agreement.

macOS & iOS apps

Watchmakers Bench Β· Native Mac and iPhone apps

Local app databases, transfers you initiate and subscriptions managed through Apple.

This section applies to the native Apple apps, not the browser app. The provider and controller for support information we receive is Mats Petter Wilke, trading as Watchmakers Bench.

macOS & iOS β€” Privacy policy

1. Local records and files

Workshop information is saved in the local app database on each device. We do not operate a separate developer-controlled server for these native customer, item, parts or workshop records. The database is not automatically synchronized between devices.

You choose what to store: customer details and numbers; watches, movements, calibres, serial numbers and ownership; intake, estimates, status, service steps, notes and history; parts, suppliers, stock and compatibility; photos; prices, costs, fees, revenue, profit and exchange-rate information; templates, company details and workflow settings. You are responsible for accuracy and lawful handling.

Images are added when you use the system photo picker, select files or choose the camera on iPhone. On Mac, file access uses the system picker. Attached images become part of local records and leave the app when you choose an export, file transfer or Nearby Transfer containing them.

2. Nearby Transfer

Nearby Transfer sends a selected job, restoration item, customer or part directly between a nearby iPhone and Mac. Related customers, images and supporting work data may accompany the record. The transfer is encrypted and is not relayed through our server. The first connection is confirmed with a code shown on both devices; incoming content is presented for review and acceptance before saving.

3. Transfer & Backup

A complete library file can include customers, items, parts, images, settings and other supported records. Importing it replaces the target library to avoid duplicates and creates an automatic safety backup first.

Today’s Work contains supported records and images created or changed that day. Import adds new records and applies a transferred version only when newer, keeping newer local edits. It does not transfer deletions. Use a complete library transfer when the receiving library must become an exact copy of the source.

You choose where to save or share files, including Files, iCloud Drive, compatible file providers, external storage or USB. These are manual transfers, not continuous sync. Chosen providers have their own terms; we do not control copies outside the app.

4. Exports, backups and email

CSV, PDF and other exports can contain readable customer and workshop data. Database backups may include the database, images and supported workflow settings. Treat exported and backup files as sensitive business information. Do not assume they have the browser workshop’s passphrase protection.

Customer communication opens a draft in Apple Mail for your review and is not sent automatically. Manage and delete exported files and sent messages where they are stored. An automatic safety backup before a full import does not replace your separate current backups.

5. Exchange rates

The native apps request euro reference rates directly from the ECB’s public Data API. Requests contain supported currency codes and a date range, not entered amounts, customers, watch details, images or notes. Additional conversions are calculated by the app from ECB euro reference rates; those derived conversions are not published directly by the ECB.

The ECB and its security infrastructure receive technical connection data. The ECB states that, when protection is activated, Myra may retain access logs for up to six months. These may include host, IP address, timestamp, request method, URI and port, HTTP status, bytes sent, response time, TLS version, user agent, referrer, content type and Myra status. Currency codes and date ranges appear in the request.

Automatic fetching is off on a new installation until enabled in Quick setup or Settings, and can be turned off again. This controls automatic requests, not logs already received by the provider. We do not receive those ECB/Myra logs for analytics. Reference rates are informational; the ECB discourages their use for transactions. They are not accounting, tax or transaction advice.

6. Apple purchases, diagnostics and support

Apple StoreKit and the App Store handle purchases and entitlement checks. The app receives subscription status needed to unlock features; we do not receive full payment-card details. Apple may supply sales, performance, crash or TestFlight reports under its policies and your settings.

Support receives what you choose to send, such as your email, message, screenshots and diagnostic context. We use it to answer requests, troubleshoot, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary customer information.

The native apps do not include third-party usage analytics or advertising tracking. We do not sell personal information or use workshop data for advertising, cross-app tracking or automated profiling.

7. Legal bases and retention

Where we process personal information, the purposes are providing requested app functions and support, verifying purchases, maintaining reliability and security, and complying with legal obligations. Bases are contract, Article 6(1)(b); legitimate interests in support, reliability and security, Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c); and consent where applicable. You may object to legitimate-interest processing.

Local records remain until deleted, replaced through an import or removed with the local database. Removing an app may not remove every local, backup or exported copy; check the device and storage destinations. Deletions affect that device. Older backups can retain deleted information and restore it on import.

Native-app support correspondence is normally deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last contact, unless needed for an unresolved request, security incident, legal claim or legal obligation. Sales and accounting records are retained for applicable statutory periods. Provider logs have their own retention arrangements. This native support period is separate from the web app’s 12-month rule.

8. Security, providers and international processing

The apps use Apple platform protections and system file and photo pickers. Nearby Transfer is encrypted and direct between participating devices, without an external transfer processor. No system guarantees absolute security: protect devices, exports, backups and transfer destinations.

Apple provides App Store, StoreKit, system file/sharing functions and optional diagnostics. The ECB provides reference data and uses Myra security infrastructure. Your chosen cloud/file providers operate separately under their own terms. Providers may process information internationally according to their privacy terms and applicable safeguards; choosing local storage does not determine where their separate technical or purchase data is processed.

9. Rights, children and updates

We can respond regarding support and other information we actually control, but cannot remotely access or erase your device’s workshop database. Manage local records and external copies through the app, device and selected storage services. Your privacy rights and complaint options are explained below.

The apps are professional tools, not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information. Dated policy updates and appropriate notices will identify material changes where required.

Related information: Apple privacy, ECB reference rates and ECB privacy and server logs.

macOS & iOS β€” Terms of use

1. Scope and licence

These terms apply to downloading, subscribing to and using the native Mac and iPhone apps, as presented for agreement through the applicable app or purchase flow. If you do not agree to applicable terms, do not use the app. Acknowledgement of a privacy notice is not blanket consent to optional processing.

Subject to these terms and any required App Store entitlement, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for lawful workshop and business use on supported Apple devices linked to your Apple Account, as allowed by Apple’s rules. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or bypass subscription, security or technical controls except where applicable law permits it. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

2. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions provide the same app features. The App Store shows the final price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes before confirmation.

A 14-day introductory free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers only when confirmed by the App Store. If offered, it converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple Account subscription settings. Follow Apple’s displayed cancellation deadline; Apple advises cancelling trials at least 24 hours before they end.

Apple handles payment, subscription management, cancellation and refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while leaving access until the current paid period ends. Restore Purchases using the Apple Account used for the subscription when needed.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription Β· Request a refund from Apple.

3. Access after a subscription ends

Full editing and subscribed features require an active entitlement. After expiry, your data remains yours and the native app continues to provide a data summary and an export option. Resubscribing can restore full access, subject to current app and platform requirements. This native-app arrangement is not a promise of browser-app access after account loss.

4. Your responsibilities and transfers

You are responsible for lawful handling and accuracy of customer and workshop information, protecting devices and exports, required permissions for photos and messages, checking prices, tax, accounting and exchange-rate results, and reviewing communications before sending.

This is an organizational and documentation tool, not watchmaking, safety, legal, tax, accounting, valuation or financial advice. Inspection, diagnosis, estimates, repairs, quality control, customer approvals, compliance and final decisions remain your responsibility.

Each device has its own database. Transfers are initiated by you, not continuous reconciliation. Today’s Work does not transfer deletions; full library imports replace the target after a safety backup. Choose the authoritative device, review incoming records, resolve conflicts, verify important records and keep separate backups, especially before bulk deletion, device replacement or major updates.

5. Acceptable use and ownership

Do not break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, disrupt services or store information you have no right to process. The provider or licensors own the software, design, texts, branding and original content. You retain rights in your own records and content.

6. Availability, third parties and disclaimer

We aim for a stable, useful app but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent compatibility or continued availability of third-party services. Updates may change, replace or remove functions for security, reliability, compatibility or product development.

Apple, StoreKit, ECB, chosen file providers and transfer methods have separate terms, availability and limits. Nearby Transfer requires participating devices to connect. We are not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside our reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the native apps are provided β€œas is” and β€œas available”. Calculations, imports, rates, reports, suggestions and status indicators are not guaranteed complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Review important records and decisions.

7. Native-app liability, termination and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the native-app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, business interruption, loss of customer relationships, or loss or corruption of data arising from use or inability to use the native app or third-party services. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights. This native-app clause does not apply to the web app.

You may stop using the native app and cancel through Apple. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud, unlawful use, security threats, material breach or legal requirements. Ownership, responsibility, disclaimer and liability provisions continue where their nature requires.

Native-app terms are governed by Swedish law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact us first to seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes may go to competent courts or an available consumer dispute body under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

Terms may be updated for changes in the app, services, pricing model, security requirements or law. Applicable versions and material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use constitutes acceptance only where legally permitted; any required express agreement will be requested. Merely reading this combined page is not acceptance.

Website information and cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Technical and site-usage information can include IP address, browser, device, language, timestamps, viewed pages and interactions. Essential cookies may be used to operate and secure the site. Where optional analytics or other non-essential cookies are used, consent must be obtained where required and those cookies must remain off until permitted through the website’s cookie choices. You may change optional choices through the site’s cookie controls where available.

Squarespace processes some information for its own purposes under its privacy policy. Provider-managed technical records follow the applicable service’s retention arrangements, which may differ by purpose. International processing is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and transfer safeguards. Contact us about website processing, relevant retention or safeguards.

We use necessary technical information for delivery and security based on legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f), and consent for optional cookies where required. Enquiries are handled to answer your request under contract/pre-contract steps where applicable, Article 6(1)(b), otherwise legitimate interests in responding, Article 6(1)(f). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).

Website and native-app support correspondence is normally deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last contact, subject to unresolved requests, security incidents, necessary legal claims or legal obligations. Web app support follows the separate 12-month rule above.

The native-app pricing selector uses the App Store country or region you choose, not IP-based location. We do not use workshop databases for website advertising or obtain their contents merely because you visit this site.

Website use

Website content describes the products; visiting does not purchase a subscription or grant a software licence. The applicable platform and purchase terms govern use and purchases. Do not misuse the site, infringe rights or interfere with its security. Original site texts, graphics and branding belong to the provider or respective licensors, subject to permitted uses and mandatory law. Third-party links have their own terms. Website information may change; check the relevant app and purchase screen for current availability and pricing. Nothing here limits mandatory legal rights.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Rights are subject to applicable legal conditions.

Tell us which account or interaction your request concerns. We may need proportionate identity verification. Do not send passwords, workshop files or a full identity document unless a necessary, suitable process has been explained and agreed. Requests are handled within applicable deadlines, normally one month under GDPR, subject to permitted extensions.

We can handle information we receive or control. Local workshop data and independently saved copies remain under your control; use the app and relevant storage services to manage them. Local storage does not remove our obligations for our own processing.

You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority, including where you live. Contacting us first is not a condition of making a data-protection complaint. Your mandatory legal rights remain unchanged.
